While a nominal registration fee is charged to families, the league relies heavily on sponsorships to keep the program running and facilities safe and playable.

In addition to sponsoring teams or banners, businesses and individuals may choose to make a tax-deductible donation. Woodbridge Little League also maintains a Scholarship Fund, ensuring no child is denied the chance to play baseball due to financial hardship.
