Many of our volunteers are parents with full-time careers, multiple children, and busy family schedules. Yet, year after year, a small group of dedicated families continues to shoulder the majority of responsibilities required to keep our league running smoothly. The success of Woodbridge Little League should not rely on the efforts of a few, but rather be a shared commitment among all families. By working together, we can reduce burnout, strengthen our sense of community, and ensure that every child benefits from a well-supported and thriving program.
Volunteers are the heart of Little League. From coaching and field preparation to concessions and scorekeeping, every hour given directly supports our players. This system ensures no one carries the weight alone, creating a stronger, more balanced experience for all.
By working together, we can provide a positive and organized environment — allowing coaches to focus on what matters most: teaching the game and supporting our players.
